The Two Sport Athlete

The two way player is a rare player in sports. Most professional athletes only work on one discipline, like running the football or pitching in baseball. Czabe presented a stat of the day about Angels pitcher and designated hitter Shohei Ohtani. He is leading the American League in home runs and will start tonight’s game on the mound for Los Angeles. He is the first Major Leaguer to do that in 100 years. The last player to do that was the great Babe Ruth.
