KB wonders why coach Brian Kelly did not have a quarterback ready to replace Ian Book…why don’t they have someone ready? It adds an interesting wrinkle into the fact that Wisconsin will play Notre Dame at Soldier Field with Coan taking on Graham Mertz, the quarterback who unseated him in the Badgers backfield.
