The Milwaukee Admirals made the tough decision Monday to opt out and not play the American Hockey League season this year. The Admirals were one of three teams to opt out of the season, along with the Charlotte Checkers and the Springfield Thunderbirds. The prospect of season with no fans made the decision make sense, but tough none the less. Its a very tough blow for the organization given the fact they were the best team in the AHL least season. Owner Harris Turer will continue to pay the employees of the organization with the hope of returning in the fall of 2021. (Photo/Getty Images)
