Is "Long John" a donut term only used in the midwest

Drew Olson joins the show and he and Czabe tackle all the hard hitting news of the day - including the lack of long John’s on the east coast. Czabe wonders if the long John is a Midwest thing only because he can only find the long John in Wisconsin. After breaking down donuts, they go to the state of college football in the Big Ten and whether or not the season will actually happen.
