Mulan is coming to Disney+ but there is a HUGE catch

The movie industry has been hurting during the pandemic and Disney has been in a tough spot with the release of multiple of their big 2020 movies including Mulan. The live action Mulan film had a 200 million dollar budget and Disney needed it to be a theatrical release to make it profitable. The pandemic had other ideas and left Disney with no choice to make it available via video on demand. The news of Mulan coming to Disney+ is a great thing for subscribers but there is a huge catch. It is not included with your subscription, in fact it's not even for purchase. Disney is making an option for Disney+ subscribers to rent the movie through the app for an additional 29.99. And keep it mind, that is to rent the movie, it does not get added to your Disney+ movie options. The movie gets added as a rental option on September 4th.
