Learning To Grow Grass

All guys want to make their yard the envy of the neighborhood...lush grass with perfect striping and no weeds...who doesn't love that? Now just imagine you have to do that for nearly three million people a year. That's what Ryan Woodley, Director of Grounds for the Milwaukee Brewers has to deal with on a daily basis. It is a job that will get scrutinized by both the players and people who come visit Miller Park every year. Czabe and the boys talked about tarps, grow lights (seen in the picture above), how the roof over Miller Park affects the grass and what the players like and don't like about the field.
