Learning About A Heavy Ball

Former Milwaukee Brewers pitcher Paul Wagner joined the Steve Czaban Show Friday morning to talk about throwing and catching a "heavy" ball. There is really no way to quantify what a heavy ball is, but it is more of a feeling when you catch the ball in your glove. It just feels like there is some extra speed to it when it cracks your mitt. The two also discussed the contract extension of Freddy Peralta and what it means for the Brewers. The team is quite high on the ability of Peralta and his extension is team friendly for a young pitcher that throws hard.
