Aaron Rodgers told Pat McAfee on Tuesday that he will be embarking on a darkness retreat in the coming weeks. With little known about darkness retreats in society, Drew & KB tried to gain more knowledge on the subject on Thursday afternoon.
Scott Berman (Creator of Sky Cave Retreats) joined the show to talk about the details of this uncommon experience. He offers these types of retreats at Sky Cave.
"It's completely dark and the ones we have here are completely sound proof. Your external reality is pretty much unchanging," said Berman. "Initially you pretty much live in your mind."
Berman explained everything about the experience and reasoning behind these retreats.
