The basketball season is hitting it's stride as we approach mid-December and Dave Schultz (NBA Scout) joined Drew & KB on Thursday afternoon to discuss how the local teams have fared so far in 2022.
First, the guys discussed the Milwaukee Bucks. The Bucks are 18-6 and Schultz said there is only one team that can beat the Bucks in a series right now. Which team? Find out in the interview below.
Schultz worked out with Brook Lopez in the offseason. He loves what he is seeing so far this season from Lopez. "He's playing like he is 29, not 35," Lopez said.
The guys also discussed the college teams in the state. Schultz thinks Marquette has the most room to grow this season. When asked about Wisconsin, Schultz said "Wisconsin is going to be Wisconsin. When you play Wisconsin, you have to beat them, rarely do they beat themselves."
