Owczarksi: True Test for Bucks in Philly

Jim Owczarski of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel stopped into the St. Patrick's day themed Time Out sports Lounge with a look at a nationally television test for the Bucks against the Eastern Conference best, Philadelphia 76ers. The boys also welcome in Jim, who has a previous working relationship with new Bears QB Andy Dalton!
