Last night in Portland, Trail Blazers' center Jusuf Nurkic suffered multiple compound fractures to his lower leg during a double overtime game against the Brooklyn Nets. Nurkic was going for a rebound and hit the floor. When the Nets' players noticed the injury they quickly moved away and gave Nurkic space which is better than what the referee did. The referee tripped over Nurkic's leg just seconds after the injury. You can see the referee trip over his leg 10 seconds into the video posted below. The injury reminded many of Gordon Hayward's injury last season. You can watch the entire video below.
