Michigan Wolverines head coach Jim Harbaugh took yet another shot at the SEC, as has become habit since the start of his time in Ann Arbor. In a new book, “Overtime: Jim Harbaugh and the Michigan Wolverines at the Crossroads of College Football” by John U. Bacon, Harbaugh called members of the SEC "cheaters" in regard to spending on support staff and recruiting. This came to light thanks to a review by Forbes' Jeff Arnold:
“Harbaugh, who has made plenty of enemies south of the Mason-Dixon line since taking over at Michigan, has poked the cages of SEC coaches repeatedly and in the book, speaks to the disparity in spending by simply telling Bacon, “(It’s) hard to beat the cheaters.” Jeff Arnold, Forbes
Michigan opens their season hosting Middle Tennessee on August 31st.
