Former Jaguars QB Brandon Allen has been picked up by the Los Angeles Rams. The Jaguars waived Allen over the weekend to make room for other players on the 53 man roster. The move raised eyebrows given the team's current situation at QB, where Blake Bortles isn't a lock to remain the QB for the duration of the season and Chad Henne isn't viewed as anything more than mediocre. Jacksonville's starting QB job wasn't settled until after third preseason game.
