Derek Jeter announced on Monday that he is stepping down as CEO of the Miami Marlins as well as giving up his 4% ownership stake in the team. There are many people arguing that Jeter never got a fair shot, but Ben Maller isn't one of those people.

Ben Maller: "This franchise in Miami was bad when he took over, but it wasn't as bad as when he left and he made it worse under his watch. Now it's not my opinion, it is a fact. The Marlins actually had some name brand players when Jeter took over."
