Last year’s winner, Brooks Koepka, has been given the fifth-best odds at 14/1.
Rory McIlroy finished tied for 21st in the Masters, but has six top 10 finishes in the last three years.
He has been given the third-best odds at 10/1.
Francesco Molinari, who led the field heading into Day 4 of the Masters and finished tied for second at the PGA Championship in 2017, was given 16/1 odds alongside Justin Rose.
