Jaguars Re-Sign Tyler Shatley

Jaguars Re-Sign Tyler Shatley

On Friday Afternoon the Jaguars announced they Re-Signed Offensive Lineman Tyler Shatley. Shatley has been with Jacksonville since signing as an undrafted free agent in 2014 and has appeared in 60 games at Center or Left Guard. It was reported that Shatley visited with the Minnesota Vikings last week while he was testing out free agency, but ultimately decided to stay in Jacksonville.

Last season Tyler appeared in a career high seven games for the Jags, as he took over at Center after Brandon Linder went out due to a knee injury.

Shatley also appeared on the Teal & Black Blitz with Mark Long and Phil Heilman last fall where he shared some (true?) big time fishing stories, as Phil pointed out via his twitter.
