Johnny Manziel's Message to Fans Before Upcoming Game vs Orlando Apollos

Johnny Manziel found himself taking meaningful snaps for the first time in a game since he was kicked out of the Canadian Football League. He played three drives for the Memphis Express, who won in overtime last weekend.

Manziel went 3 of 5 passing for 48 yards, adding 20 rushing yards on the ground. He played sparingly as a backup to the team’s starter, Brandon Silvers.

Following his first game action, Manziel took to Instagram with a message for fans.

The Express are set to play again on Saturday against the Orlando Apollos.

Brandon Silvers is likely to get the start at quarterback, especially after completing 24-of-35 passes for 266 yards and two touchdowns in the team’s last game.
