Dolphins Longest Tenured Assistant Coach Not Returning

Darren Rizzi has been with the Miami Dolphins since 2009, but the teams longest tenured assistant coach will not be returning for 2019 and the new Brian Flores Regime. According to Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald, Rizzi is in "advanced talks with another team" and is not interested in coaching with the Dolphins after interviewing for the Head Coaching job that was given to Flores.

As for the Dolphins, ESPN's Field Yates is reporting they will hire Danny Crossman as their Special Teams Coach, Crossman has been coaching Special Teams in Buffalo for the past 5 seasons.
