Tampa Bay QB Jameis Winston has reached a settlement with the Arizona Uber Driver who accused him of groping her in an incident dating back to March 2016.
According to Tampa Bay Time's Matt Baker a joint notice of settlement was filed in federal court Monday. The driver's attorney, John Clune, wrote that his client "reached an agreement" with Winston to resolve her claim. Terms of the deal have not been specified.
This is the second time Jameis has settled a sexual battery lawsuit against him. Erica Kinsman accused Winston of raping her when they were attending FSU in 2012. Their legal claims against one another were settled in December 2016.
