Fans Start GoFundMe For FSU Head Coach

On December 5, 2017, Taggart accepted the head coaching job at Florida State University, replacing Jimbo Fisher. While Fisher's start at Texas A&M has been a little hard, everyone can agree that Taggart's start has been much worse. The Seminoles were blown out 24-3 in the season opener against Virginia Tech, came back from a 13-point deficit against FCS Samford, and were blown out by Syracuse 30-7 on Saturday. Eight different GoFundMe accounts have been created to pay for Willie Taggart's buyout if he were to be fired this season. There's a combined $10 in the accounts.

Here are some things to remember:

1.  At the end of the day, FSU is 1-2 on the season. It's early, give the man some time.

2. Once he gets his guys in the program and recruiting really takes off, the Seminoles very well can return to their old selves.

3. No one is giving much money to these GoFundMe accounts, so we doubt he will be going anywhere.

Florida State takes Northern Illinois this Saturday at 3:30pm in Tallahassee.
