Phil Mickelson receives rare penalty for hitting ball while moving (video)

Saturday at the U.S. Open Phil Mickelson had a hole to forget. The Lefty scored a 10 on the hole, which included a 2 stroke penalty for hitting the ball while it was still moving.

Mickelson went on to finish the day at 17 over par, as the course for this years Championship has been notoriously unforgiving.  Jon Rahm, Jordan SpiethRory McIlroy and Jason Day all are ranked in the Official World Golf Rankings and all failed to make the cut this weekend, as did Tiger Woods who shot a 78 in round one and a 72 in round two.
