One Vegas book, Oddsshark, is predicting that FAU heads into Norman, Oklahoma on opening weekend and beats the Sooners despite being 21 point underdogs.
Oklahoma will be without the services of their star Heisman winning QB Baker Mayfield, who was the first pick in the 2018 NFL Draft, so there might be an opening for FAU to do some damage. It would be a monumental upset, the biggest highlight of Kiffin's head coaching career, and it would instantly make him the number one head coaching candidate in the country.
