Tom Arnold Reviews the New "Roseanne"

It's not really surprising that TOM ARNOLD wasn't asked back for the "Roseanne" revival, given how his marriage and working relationship with the REAL ROSEANNE turned out.

But the "Hollywood Reporter" asked him to review the season premiere, and he was surprisingly not evil about it.  In fact, he kind of liked it.

He said, quote, "Roseanne has done everything from pulling my hair transplants immediately after surgery to saying I had a 3-inch (you know what) on 'Saturday Night Live', so I figure if I can give the show another shot, maybe other people could too."

One of his favorite things about the show is LAURIE METCALF, who plays Roseanne's sister Jackie.  She was also up for an Oscar this year for "Lady Bird".  He says, quote, "Laurie is a tour de force.  She could carry this show.  She could carry every show ever."

Tom isn't really a fan of Roseanne's character being a Trump supporter, but he kind of understands it.  Quote, "Roseanne Barr knew Donald Trump personally for 30 years and saw how he treated women.  She even did business with him.

"I'm not surprised by anything Trump does, but Roseanne Barr made $200 million off Roseanne Conner, so I'm a little disappointed she doesn't have her back."
