Don't forget this Sunday at 2 a.m., for much of the country, we spring ahead one hour as Daylight Saving Time begins. This will be creating more evening sunlight for much of the rest of the year.
States that opt out of the change are Hawaii and Arizona, however certain Native American reservations in Arizona participate.
Fire departments, nationwide, also recommend you check your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors when you reset your clocks.
