Florida Gators 2019 offensive guard signee Deyavie Hammond announced via twitter Saturday that he will be spending two years at the JUCO level for failing to meet NCAA requirements, thus not being able to attend the University of Florida.
It's the culmination of a rough weekend for the Gators, as they lost two recruits from their 2020 class on Thursday and Friday prior to losing out on Hammond. Hammond was a four star prospect and was the 15th overall guard prospect in the country.
